Welcome to OTP Weddingz! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our services.

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable initial deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the event date.
• For outstation events, additional charges apply for travel and accommodation.
• Late payments may result in booking cancellation or additional fees.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The initial deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• If the event is rescheduled, we will try to accommodate the new date but cannot guarantee availability.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 30 days of the event date.

3. Photography & Videography

• We require at least one hour for a couple’s photoshoot to ensure quality results.
• Unlimited photos will be taken during the event, and the client can select 70 best photos for the final album.
• Cinematic video duration will range from 10 to 40 minutes depending on the event.
• Raw files must be collected within 15 days post-event; after one month, they may be deleted.
• Album photo selections must be submitted within one month of collection; failure to do so will result in data deletion.

4. Editing & Delivery

• Photo editing is done in a natural style and will not be over-processed.
• The final edited photos and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.
• Any additional editing requests beyond our standard retouching may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client must designate one contact person from the family for smooth coordination.
• Clients should ensure our team has access to necessary locations and resources for coverage.
• Misbehavior towards any team member will not be tolerated and may result in immediate service termination without a refund.
• Our team will stay until 12:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon; additional charges will apply for extended hours.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

• OTP Weddingz is not responsible for data corruption, loss, or damage due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of technical failure or unforeseen events, we will take all possible measures to recover and deliver the best results.
• If an event is delayed or disrupted due to reasons beyond our control, we will not be held liable for missed coverage.

7. Usage Rights & Copyright

• OTP Weddingz reserves the right to use images and videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients may use the photos and videos for personal purposes but cannot sell or distribute them commercially without our consent.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• OTP Weddingz reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
